Custom Equipment
a)All Custom equipment is payable in full with 100% non refundable.
Overseas Sales:
b)All overseas equipment sales are as payment in full
prior to shipment or as an agreed to by both parties LOC with payment being released within 2
hours of equipment being picked up and in the freight carriers hands.
Any hold of an LOC will result in GMGI having the carrier hold the
equipment at the dock or air terminal until payment is received. If the
equipment has to be returned to GMGI for lack of payment the customer is
responsible for any extra in cured freight costs.
Financed Equipment:
GMGI no longer does in-house financing
however we will work with your financial institute. We also work closely with funding
companies that have been proven reputable and have received high marks from our
customers, please see our Financing main page for a list of the financial institutes we
use.
Typical financed payments come as Payment in
Full. However we will work to also meet your finance companies terms.
Time Frame:
All new equipment sales have a start
date of the first working day after funding for the said equipment has been
received. All orders are giving an
estimated build time usually with one week added as a safety net. Noting that
even though GMGI does its best to meet all time frames and has an impeccable
past history of doing so; GMGI cannot not be held responsible for our various
parts suppliers lack of stock or delays in shipping GMGI parts, lost in transit
items, damaged items that need to be returned for new items and the like. GMGI
is not responsible for any of its customers personal or company contracts, obligations
to others or noted time frames within their contracts; As further noted in our
main Terms and Condition of Sales.
Note GMGI does its best to make sure
parts that are commonly used by GMGI are available by using only qualified and
well know manufacturers of the parts as well as setting up contracts or
agreements between GMGI and it suppliers to make sure parts used on all GMGI
OEM and Custom equipment are available.
Materials:
All material(s) sold by GMGI are under
the individual manufacturers terms, in such examples as their uses,
workability, storage life, warranties and etc...GMGI holds no responsibility
other then offering the various materials and all information that GMGI has
available from any of its material(s) suppliers related to said or specific
material(s). Please read all labels and brochures with any materials before use
and please ask us to answer any questions you have regarding use(s) of
materials so that we can make sure your questions are answered by GMGI or by
the material manufacturer.
Tools:
All tool(s) sold by GMGI are under the
manufacturers terms, in such examples as their uses, workability, strength,
abilities, warranties and etc...GMGI holds no responsibility other then
offering the various tools and all information that GMGI has available from any
of its tools suppliers related to said or specific tool(s). Please read all
labels and brochures with any tools before use and please ask us to answer any
questions you have regarding use(s) tools so that we can make sure your
questions are answered by GMGI or by the tool manufacturer.
Material and Tool Returns:
All sales are final! However GMGI will
make exceptions in certain special cases, which will be looked at per individual
order. GMGI does its best to help make sure our customers do not get stuck with
an item inadvertently ordered, however there is a 25% restocking fee on
accepted returns and some items that are
brought in specially for you may not be returnable.
