Hand Held Abrasive Blaster

 Excellent for small blasting jobs such as detailing, cleaning, etching glass, and removing rust and paint.

 Blaster is trigger-operated. Made of impact-resistant ABS plastic. It has a  3/16" ID ceramic nozzle and 26-oz. polypropylene media container.

Air volume consumption: 125 psi @12 cfm. Ideal with black beauty grit and may be used with other abrasive media *not recommended for baking soda.

40lb Capacity Siphon Feed Sand Blaster

This handy hand carry blaster is great for doing light-meduim blasting to create that sanded worn finish on your delicate parts without to much worry of over blasting. But it still has enough blasting power to do the job.

This is a very controlable unit.

 They have a 28-ga. steel tank, blast hose ( 3/8" Dia. x 7 ft. Lg. for Style C;  3/8" Dia. x 10-ft. Lg. for Style D), gun, three steel nozzles ( 13/64",  1/4", and  5/16" dia.), three air jets ( 5/64",  1/8", and  5/32" dia.) & come with a hood, and goggles

 Air pressure/ consumption: 80-125 psi. Air volume @ 80 psi: 7 cfm for  13/64" nozzle, 15 cfm for  1/4" nozzle, and 20 cfm for  5/16" nozzle.

110lb to 600lb Capacity High Velocity Pressure Feed Sand Blaster

 Faster and more aggressive than siphon-feed blasters, these units blast media at higher velocities to maximize production.

 It has an ASME certified tank, adjustable abrasive-flow valve, pressure relief valves that meet OSHA requirements, pressure gauge, welded steel frame, rubber tires, blast hose, and blast nozzles.

Air pressure is 80-125 psi. Use them with all types of blasting media; however, not recommended for baking soda.

 These Blasters have two types of safety cut off nozzles for operator safety. (with exception of the 600lb which has only the dual safety shut off)

Blasters with Nozzle Shutoff— Releasing the nozzle control lever shuts off the abrasive flow at the nozzle, while the abrasive hose and tank remain pressurized.
   Blasters with Nozzle and Tank Shutoff— Releasing the nozzle control lever shuts off the abrasive flow at the nozzle and the tank and relieves the hose of pressure for added safety.
