SPECIFICATIONS FOR PMP-100/ 200 & 300 SERIES PUMPS


PMP-100 Series

Type: peristaltic

Pump size: 1.5”            

Transfer line: 1”-1.25” (spraying/ pumping) to 1.5” (pumping only)

Weight: 285 lbs.

Power: 115vac 15-20amp 50-60Htz (standard, other power options available)

Air: 11cfm @ 80psi (air is only used if spraying material)

PMP-200 Series

PMP-300 Series

Power: (Hydraulic drive with multiple power options)

Air: 11 to 14cfm @ 80psi (air is only used if spraying material)

Pumping volume: Variable speed min. 0 to max. 320+ lbs per min. / 19200+ lbs per hr. / 11.39+ cu yds per hr / 

(testing shows actual @ 14yds per hr max. on non fiber fills)


Note: All power supplies listed above are electrical and depending on the equipments requirements, it can range from 115vac to 580/600vac, 50 or 60htz

They can be made to run via electric hydraulic, gas/ diesel hydraulic or air driven as well.

The speed ratios listed are for heavy fiber fills, viscous epoxy blends, zero slump type materials.

 For more flow-able non filled materials like gypsum, grout & screed slurries, etc… the volumes can be increased up to double +. Also note that hydraulic driven units will produce 33% more volume and 5x more power and torque.
